During this four-day retreat in Costa Rica's pristine cloud forest, we will learn The Great Shravasti Meditation—a clear, step-by-step presentation of Shamatha (calm abiding), Vipassana (insight), and Mahamudra. This method introduces the nature of mind through the mindfulness of the breath, offering a complete and grounded path of meditation practice.
